Message Thanks for the support.

I think some people take my posts the wrong way. I try to speak from a standpoint that seems common and realistic to me. It shouldn't be taken as the end-all, definitive statement of what is possible, but rather as a "what you can expect" point of view.

Over the years I've seen people come and go on the board. Even without having first hand knowledge of something I see what works and what doesn't. I see the results of guys like JWT, SGP racing and Specialty Z posted by happy customers and while they don't generate the hype of announcements of aggressive builds, their results are solid and most of all, they work.

During that time we've all seen numerous people claim to be doing something radical and revolutionary, but in the end what happens to it? I've probably argued with a dozen or so people who were claiming to be installing an RB, or an SR, an electric supercharger, or a 850 rwhp engine into their Z but what happens in the end? You don't hear back from them. Usually they abandon the project and part out the car, or they quietly go back to the tried and true guys like SGP or SpecialtyZ and get a modest build done right.

I'm not trying to bash the new guys, but you have to understand where I'm coming from. I just like to see proof that it'll work, that's all.
